Mike Francesa Rant on Giants’ Benching Eli Manning

We’ve spoken about Mike Francesa on the show before and growing up as a sports fan in NYC, Mike (and Chris “Mad Dog” Russo) were the authority on all things NY sports. Hell, if not for Mike & The Mad Dog there probably wouldn’t be sports-talk radio today. At least not in the way we currently know it. These dudes may not have invented it, but they definitely popularized it.

Anyway, Mike will be leaving WFAN on December 15th and this may become his swan song. This is an all-timer as Mike reacts to the NY Football Giants announcing they would be benching Eli Manning in favor of scrub Geno Smith for the remainder of the season.
