Horror movies
Freddy + Dokken = Magic
Movies may not have amazing themes or accompanying videos anymore, but A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET 3: THE DREAM WARRIORS certainly had both! In this video, our film’s protagonist, Kristen, goes into her dream to defeat Dokken (and Freddy, I suppose) only to give us the big Vince Russo-swerve at the end when it turns out that this was Freddy’s nightmare all along! He’s no fan of Dokken. This is so wonderfully 80s from start to finish.
Crispin Glover Pumps Up The Jams!
In this week’s episode, while speaking of FRIDAY THE 13th Part IV: THE FINAL CHAPTER, we mention the wonderful dance sequence the Crispin Glover bestows upon us. It…is…something. If you’ve never seen it before, please take a minute out of your day and join the cool kids.
The song is called “Love Is A Lie” by the band Lion. When filming this scene, he was actually dancing to ACDC’s “Back In Black”. Knowing that does not make the dance any better.
Ep. 18: Freddy or Jason?
On this week’s show, the Six Weeks of Horror continue as Joe watches his first Freddy Kruger and Jason Voorhies movies. The boys also discuss the first South Park Halloween special, “Pinkeye” and include some general fuckery. Enjoy!
Ep. 16: Labyrinth
We’re back with another full-length episode! This one was fun as we discussed the cult-classic LABYRINTH and then continued our six weeks of horror with SHAUN OF THE DEAD and the little-known TV special, “Halloween Is Grinch Night”! Enjoy!
Episode 15: “Blair Witch”
Hey! Episode 15 is here and this week, it’s a full-length one where we discuss how holding small iPhones makes us feel like Andre The Giant before diving into both “The Blair Witch Project” and its newly released sequel, “Blair Witch”. Remember to like, subscribe, review and send us any feedback!
